Fundraising
PitP wouldn’t happen without the enormous fund-raising effort of Sheffield’s creative and voluntary communities. This is what keeps our festival fresh, independent and generally brilliant! We need to raise approx £8-10k to make PitP happen – so get those thinking caps on, find amazing ways to make a bob or two and let us know… We’re waiting to hear from you…
Kids Activities
At PitP we plan to have a variety of fun activities for families and children on the day. If you would like to know more please contact Lucy at kids@peaceinthepark.org.uk
Do you know any Entertainers or Dance Groups etc. that would like to show off their skills in public? There is space for lots of involvement, please contact kids@peaceinthepark.org.uk

We can’t wait to bring you another storming line up of live music and entertainment again at the 2011 festival.

The deadline to send your demos in is the 20th April.
The successful applicants only will be contacted as soon as the music team has finalised the line up.

We are always happy to have further volunteers helping out on the day – if you drop an email to kids@peaceinthepark.org.uk then Lucy should be able to give you further information, once we have started planning next Summer’s event.

Sorry about that – the email address was displayed correctly on the website, but for some reason it was linked to an old broken address when you clicked on it.
I’ve fixed the link and forwarded your name/email address to the stalls coordinator, so hopefully they should be in contact soon.

There isn’t a specific entertainment co-ordinator (we have people in charge of music, kids, community stage and stalls, amongst other jobs), but if you send an email to contact@peaceinthepark.org.uk, with some details about what you are wanting to do, then I’m sure they can pass it on to the most appropriate person (or bring it up for discussion at the next planning meeting).

On the day, the main help needed is stewards, drop an email to stewards@peaceinthepark.org.uk and they should be able to give you more information.
